Services Provided
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information and materials required for the completion of the project. Rank & Succeed is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of communication or missing materials from the client.
Payment Terms
Payments for services are to be made as agreed in the project proposal or contract. Rank & Succeed reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.
Revisions and Approvals
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and intellectual property created by Rank & Succeed remain the property of Rank & Succeed until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client as per the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Rank & Succeed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
Termination of Services
Rank & Succeed reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason, including breach of terms by the client. Clients may also terminate services with written notice. Refunds will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
